71ST REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS

71ST Republic day celebrated in the Vidyalaya.Sri Honey Mehta Hoisted the National flag in the morning.Chief guest of the day witnessed the march past of N.C.C. students. along with other cultural programmes.
PONGAL CELEBRATIONS

Vidyalaya celebrated pongal celebrations during assembly programme on 14.01.2020.Sri Honey Mehata Principal of the Vidyalaya Witnessed the programme.Students performed the Bhogi,Pongal and Kanuma days activities in the form of dance .All the staff and students enjoyed the programme. at the last bhogi pallu given to the tiny tots who came in the traditional dresses.

150th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHATMA GANDHI

This Vidyalaya celebrating Mahatma Gandhi 150th birth anniversary from 2nd October 2019 to 2nd October 2020.
List of activities Planned are as follows
October 19 -Cultural programmes on life of gandhiji
November 19 -Special Cleanliness programme of Vidyalaya and Surroundings,Promotion of Healthy nutritional foods (organizing food Festival)
December19-All faith Prayer ,Speeches during assembly by Teachers.
January 2020-Quiz on life and ideals of Gandhiji ,Meditation,Yoga.
February 2020-visit to cottage industry or Khadi stores
March-2020- Lectures,poems,essays on importance of Truth fullness
April 2020- Skits on Women Empowerment by girls and gender sensitization activity by teachers in class
July 2020 -Hand writing competition and campaign
CONSTITUTION DAY CELEBRATIONS

This Vidyalaya celebrated Constitution day on 26.11.2019. also conducting different activities culminating in Dr Ambedkar Jayanti on 14.4.2020.
List of Activities planned are pledge ,Debate,Essay writting,Quiz,Seminars,and lectures,organizing Mock parliament etc.
KVS FOUNDATION DAY

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was established On 15 Dec 1963. Every year 15th Dec is celebrated as KVS Foundation day in a grand manner by organizing several activities. This year as 15th Dec was falling on Sunday, the Foundation day was celebrated on 13th Dec in a befitting manner.
